Product Variations

The artisans of Anaar carefully construct each piece of footwear. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each product may vary slightly in size, color, and design. These variations are a testament to the artisanal craftsmanship and make every product unique. While we strive to maintain consistency, no two products are exactly alike.

Additionally, slight differences in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings in product photos.

Sizing & Returns

We use standard size chart to help you pick the perfect fit. However, if you still want to swap your pair for another size, you have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns

Items can also be returned if you don’t need an exchange. You will receive a full refund if all conditions are met. Our customer care team will contact you for COD orders to get your account details and then process the refund.

To be eligible for returns, the footwear must be unworn and unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. We recommend trying on the footwear in clean, carpeted areas to avoid damage.

We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.
